The series is about Ding Changwang(Roger Kwok Zeon-On),a man in his mid-thirties who is mentally challenged. He is best friends with a woman called Catherine whom he knows as his wife since childhood because both of them were playing "House", a little kid's game, in which they pretend that they are husband and wife and have a family. He is also looked after by his mother after she took him and ran away from home when his father discriminated him as being mentally challenged. He also has a younger half brother whom he did not know had a crush on Catherine. As best friends with an ugly star and living as an innocent being in his corrupted company, the man proposed to marry Catherine but out of drunkenness. Catherine's friend and she moved to the United States but later went back to Hong Kong to fulfill the promise that the mentally challenged man and Catherine made to be together.
